Not bad, not great!

I was impressed with the pricing on the items. When delivered, the tubs and lids were not in plastic bags but placed openly in a box. The fit and finish was not great. Some of the rims on tubs were trimmed or bummed during production which makes it difficult to seal the tub with the lid. On others the thin plastic residue from the press was left on, I had to spend a few hours filing these off. I am not sure if PackNet manufactured these or not. Next time I will go out of my way to purchase tubs manufactured by PridePack as their fit and finish is excellent.

1. Regarding the packaging, you definitely did not receive it in the way we have trained the staff to pack the orders. I will retain them.
2. Regarding the quality, we appreciate you letting us know. We do not manufacture these and as I do not personally pack the orders, I do not know the condition of the goods, but rely on the staff to double check this too but more so on the QC of the manufacturing partner. I will be bring this us with them.
