For your convenience we offer a delivery service in and around Johannesburg, Pretoria and the Vaal as well as two collection/pick up point locations.

In order to combat rising costs and to provide a more comprehensive service offering PackNet is introducing this new delivery policy. At this time we are focusing on the main suburbs of Johannesburg, Pretoria and the Vaal.

All other areas: fulfilled using Courier Guy
Collections
Stock is held at our showroom in Johannesburg for walk in customers to purchase immediately.
There is no stock held at our Vaal location, orders for collection there must be placed and paid for prior to collection.
Please allow 1-2 working days for orders to be processed and sent to Vereeniging.

PUDO LOCKER PICKUPS
On your way to work or at your local shopping centre, there’s a pudo location near you. If you choose this option, you will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for the pick up.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES: Even though there is an area schedule; if the items are in stock, please allow 2-3 working days lead time. Items that are not in stock are subject to manufacturing lead times of between 2-6 weeks and will delay deliveries. Our sales staff will confirm which day you will receive the delivery.
Deliveries to outlying areas can be arranged by special agreement. These will either require a larger MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY and/or delivery fee charge.PackNet cannot faciliate any cross border deliveries. Non South African customers can arrange to collect from our warehouse, or we can arrange delivery to their transporter’s deport in Johannesburg or Pretoria as per all conditions laid out.

- The quoted delivery fees above do not apply to goods collected from any of our PackNet PickUp Points.
- Unless otherwise agreed to, all goods must be paid in full prior to delivery.

- Beth-el Plastics / PackNet reserves the right to refuse delivery to any area for any reasons whatsoever.

- Please ensure that the delivery location can accommodate a 4 ton truck.
- Polybags and boxes will be used to pack loose items or consolidate small packages together, these will be charged separately on invoices.
