We never know what our customers are putting into their purchases from us and cannot be held responsible for that. We assume that customers will do product compatibility tests before purchasing our products. In your case it seems your product is compatable with HDPE bottles but not PET bottles. We are comfortable giving you samples to check your products in the future and would have done so in this case if asked. We hope to see you again soon!

Our intial investigation around the cracking lids is that the lids were perhaps tightened too tightly or that the chemical you are using to pack in the container is very aggresive. We will conclude our investigation and inform you. Thank you
